"Honestly I wouldn't give them any star as far as state farm in general. Had insurance for years through state farm and had two acts of nature occure one being a deer ran in front of us another vehicle we owned hitting ice so the wanted to cancel policy. Never lat on a payment for years and their explanation was underwriter though we was a risk . I feel it was the was no longer making profit . Found insurance that saved me over 1400 dollars cause of this that is why they get one star . Please look into Otto insurance they will save you money in the long run instead of making the agents wallet fat through state farm . Look into it before you go head deep into insurance that looks for personal gain ."
